Refund Policy

You may cancel future renewal using any subscription-management option available in Carousel Builder, on the website, in your payment receipt, or through the payment provider. If those options are unavailable, contact Neon Layer support.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Your paid access normally remains available until the end of the current paid billing period, after which the account returns to the Free plan.

Cancellation does not automatically refund earlier charges or unused time in the current billing period. If you believe a charge should be refunded, submit a separate refund request.

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Contact Neon Layer billing support first so we can review the issue and, if approved, arrange the refund through the payment provider used for the original purchase.

To help us locate the payment, include the email address used at checkout and any order, receipt, transaction, or subscription ID you have. Do not send payment card details.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund.

EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase, generally within 14 days, subject to applicable law and the rules that apply to digital services or digital content.

Contact Neon Layer billing support to exercise any applicable statutory right. Nothing in this policy limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

Approved refunds are returned through the payment provider used for the original purchase and normally to the original payment method.

Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to display the refund. We will tell you whether an approved refund changes your paid access.
