These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of Carousel Builder, the Neon Layer website, and related support and billing flows. If a future Neon Layer product has separate terms, those separate terms will apply to that product instead.

The service, checkout, and legal pages are provided in English.

By using the website or the app, you agree to these Terms.

The service is not subject to a regulated professional licensing regime.

Carousel Builder is an AI-assisted Canva app that helps users turn a short brief or idea into a structured, editable multi-page carousel. Depending on the plan and product configuration, it may also offer refinement tools, export-related helpers, and editable page insertion inside Canva.

We may improve, limit, or change features over time as the product evolves.

Carousel Builder works with Canva, but Neon Layer is an independent operator. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Neon Layer is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Canva.

Your use of Canva itself remains subject to Canva's own terms, policies, and platform rules.

You may only use the website and app in a lawful way. You may not use the service to create, request, upload, or distribute unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, malicious, or otherwise harmful content.

You are responsible for the prompts, ideas, images, and other material you submit, and you must only use content that you have the right to use.

We may limit, suspend, or block access where reasonably necessary for abuse prevention, security, legal compliance, or protection of the service and other users.

Carousel Builder uses AI-assisted systems. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, repetitive, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and validating generated content before you publish, share, rely on, or use it commercially.

You should not rely on generated output as legal, financial, medical, compliance, or other professional advice.

You remain responsible for the content you submit to the service. As between you and Neon Layer, Neon Layer retains ownership of the website, app, branding, code, interface, and service materials, except where applicable law says otherwise.

Subject to applicable law, third-party rights, Canva rules, and provider terms, you may use generated output created for you through the service. We do not grant rights to third-party material, trademarks, or content you do not have permission to use.

Carousel Builder offers a Free plan and one or more paid Pro plans. Current prices, billing intervals, usage limits, and plan features are shown in the app and at checkout before you buy.

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and Merchant of Record, unless another provider is clearly identified at checkout. Lemon Squeezy may handle checkout, payment processing, applicable tax/VAT calculation and collection, receipts, invoices, subscription management, billing support, and refund processing.

By completing checkout, you authorize the recurring charges shown at checkout for the billing interval you select, including any applicable taxes or fees. The checkout flow shows the selected plan, billing interval, total price, taxes or fees where applicable, renewal terms, payment method, and Lemon Squeezy before payment is completed.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Purchase confirmations, billing emails, invoices, and payment receipts may be provided through Lemon Squeezy or the billing flow used at checkout. Access to paid features is normally activated after a successful payment event is received and processed.

Subscription management and cancellation are handled through Lemon Squeezy's customer portal or other billing flows made available to you through the app or website.

If you cancel, your subscription usually remains active until the end of the current paid billing period, and future renewals are stopped.

Refund requests are handled in line with our Refund Policy, the refund terms shown at checkout, Lemon Squeezy's billing process, and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your purchase. The current Refund Policy is available at /refund-policy.

Nothing in these Terms or the Refund Policy limits mandatory consumer protections that apply under applicable law.

If you need help with a billing issue, contact support and include the email address used at checkout and enough detail for us to identify the transaction.

If you have a complaint about the service, billing, or these Terms, contact info@neonlayer.studio first so we can try to resolve it directly.

Mandatory consumer rights, court rights, and any applicable alternative dispute-resolution options remain unaffected. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform is no longer available for new complaints.

We may update, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the website or app at any time, including where reasonably necessary for maintenance, reliability, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, provider changes, or product development.

We do not guarantee that the service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available on every device, browser, region, or Canva environment at all times.

The website and app are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, perfect compatibility, or output that is always accurate or suitable without review.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neon Layer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or loss-of-profit damages arising from your use of the service or any third-party platform or provider used with it.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply under EU or other applicable law.
